Johann Kalezky opened his gun making business in 1845 at Mariahilferstraße 17 in Vienna. He was probably born around 1820. He passed away on June 11, 1889. His widow continued the operation of the business after his death. In 1900 she (Johann’s widow) exhibited their products at the Paris Exposition. A portion of the book of the Exhibition follows.
